The Poise Edit: A Miami Wellness Weekend with Poise Society
On November 8th and 9th, Poise Society brought the community together in Miami for a memorable weekend of movement, mindfulness, and the official debut of our first-ever PJs: the Teddy Set. Hosted at the serene Palmi + Sano Wellness studio, the two-day experience blended pilates, self-care, and intentional connection—marking a major milestone for Poise Society.
Led by instructor Brooke Esposito, the weekend featured an invite-only influencer session on Saturday and an open community class on Sunday. Each day highlighted the comfort, confidence, and ease at the heart of Poise Society—and gave guests a first look at our newest launch.
A Studio Setup That Felt Like Poise
Palmi + Sano’s airy space was lined with black mats, each thoughtfully prepared with a Poise Society gift bag and curated wellness essentials. Clean, minimal, and elevated, the environment perfectly matched the tone of our new Teddy PJs: cozy, soft, and designed for effortless living.

Saturday: Influencer Launch Day
Saturday’s invite-only session was dedicated to creators who have supported Poise Society’s journey. After moving through a targeted pilates flow with Brooke Esposito, influencers received the very first pairs of our Teddy PJs. It was the perfect soft launch: intimate, stylish, and rooted in authentic community.
Sunday: Community Class + Teddy PJs Go Live
On Sunday morning, our broader community joined us for a grounding class led once again by Brooke. Guests enjoyed the same beautiful setup and thoughtful gifting—plus, for the first time ever, the Teddy PJs were officially shoppable in person.
Attendees were able to feel the fabric, try on the pieces, and take home the Teddy Set. Seeing customers fall in love with the design in real time made the moment even more special.
