All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

During launches, preorders, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Poise Society is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
