RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At this time, Poise Society accepts exchanges or store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition within the eligible return window.
Sale items, event tickets, and limited drops may be considered final sale.
EVENT TICKETS
Tickets purchased for Poise Society events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Poise Society.
Tickets may not be transferred without approval.
