Refund policy

At Poise Society, we want you to love your pieces.

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only on eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Please note:

  • All sales are final after 14 days from delivery
  • Sale items, limited releases, event purchases, and promotional items are final sale
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email partnerships@shoppoisesociety.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

To begin a return or exchange request, contact partnerships@shoppoisesociety.com.

Poise Society reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
