It's a busy season at Poise Society, and we're bringing you along for all of it. From a new Studio Set colorway to upcoming Pilates events in Charleston and Miami, there's so much happening as we head into the final months of the year.

Charleston, We're Coming Back!
Charleston girls, you showed up for us! Our November 22 Pilates event at Sweat Sanctuary in Charleston, South Carolina, is officially SOLD OUT!
We're heading to Sweat Sanctuary in Charleston, South Carolina, for another Poise Society community experience.
This event is extra special because we're inviting our community to help us name the newest colorway of our signature Studio Set, featuring the Studio Bra and Studio Leggings.
Think Pilates, cute activewear, and a room full of girls who love movement and community just as much as we do.
We can't wait to see what name you choose.

Miami, You're Next!
We're taking Poise Society to Miami for a weekend filled with Pilates, community, and a little something extra.
On November 30, we're celebrating with a Pilates launch event at Portal Pilates in Miami. Tickets are officially live, and we're so excited to bring the Poise community together for another experience.
We're also planning a cozy PJ and movie night on November 29, featuring our Sleep in Poise collection. More details are coming soon as we finalize the evening.
Whether you're joining us for Pilates or a cozy night in, we can't wait to meet more of our Miami girls.
A New Chapter for the Studio Set
One of our favorite things about building Poise Society is getting to create pieces our community genuinely loves wearing.
Our signature Studio Bra and Studio Leggings are getting a new colorway, and we're making the naming process part of our Charleston experience.
Designed for Pilates, everyday movement, and everything in between, the Studio Set is all about feeling comfortable and confident while looking put together.
We can't wait to share this next addition to the collection.
