it wasn’t a huge moment

there wasn’t a crowd
no one was filming

it was just… small interactions

but each time it happened, i kind of froze

because poise has mostly lived on my screen

late nights
product samples
posting and hoping someone sees it

so hearing someone say
“i follow you”

in real life
in a place like coachella

felt very surreal

the part that stuck with me

one of them mentioned the hats
another said she’d been seeing the brand for a while

and it made me realize something i don’t think i’ve fully understood before:

people are watching
even when it feels like they’re not

the shift

i think it’s easy to measure everything by numbers
views, likes, orders

but those moments felt bigger than any metric

because it means the brand is starting to exist outside of me
outside of my phone
in real life

something is building

it’s just quieter than i expected

i don’t take that lightly

and it makes me want to keep going even more
